VotePoll lets anyone with the link create and vote on polls. You don't need an account to do either; creating one is optional and only affects how you manage polls you've made — see Privacy for what an account does and doesn't store.

You're responsible for what you put into a poll you create — its title, description, options, any pictures you upload, and any settings you choose. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't use this site to collect information from people in a way they wouldn't reasonably expect from a poll link they were sent. Uploaded pictures are decoded and re-encoded before storage (see Privacy) — don't rely on this site to preserve an image's original file or metadata.

This is a small, self-hosted tool — there's no uptime guarantee, and poll creation, voting, image uploads, and login are all rate-limited to keep the site usable for everyone. A poll left on its default setting stops accepting new votes 30 days after it's created; see Privacy for what happens to a poll's data after that and after deletion.

A poll's optional access password is a shared link-level speed bump, not a verified-identity access control system — treat it as protection against a link being stumbled across, not as security for sensitive information.

This site is provided as-is, run on a best-effort basis. It isn't offered with any guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, and the operator isn't liable for decisions made based on a poll's results or for data lost to a bug, an outage, or a deletion (including the retention and recycle-bin behavior described on the Privacy page).

The operator of this installation may update these terms, the app's features, or take a poll down at their discretion — see Privacy for how poll deletion and retention actually work.
