Meeting poll
Propose a few dates and times, share the link, and let everyone mark when they can make it. The results show which time works for the most people.
Propose available times
Choose Meeting as the poll type and pick dates in the calendar, then add times or time ranges to each date if the meeting needs them.
By default participants can mark every time that works for them. If you only want one choice per person, limit the selection to one option.
How participants answer
- Mark each proposed time as available, or as If need be when you allow that answer.
- Choose None of these times work to say explicitly that no option fits — recorded separately from skipping the question.
- Add their name if you ask for one, so you can see who is available when.
Time zones
By default each participant sees the proposed times converted to their own local time zone. Turn on Use organizer’s timezone to show everyone the times in your time zone instead — useful for an in-person meeting.
VotePoll always shows times in 24-hour format.
Share and read the results
Share the participant link or a QR code. The results list how many people are available for each time, and a meeting question can also be one part of a longer poll alongside other questions.
- Meeting availability template — start with the question ready; you pick the dates
